  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Act as an advocate for customers within the company, ensuring their voice is heard.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Develop strategies to expand the company's presence within key accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and performance of key accounts.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to the Director of Commercial Services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college, high school diploma required, and 10+ years' related experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in the beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Sales experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the beverage industry.
