Resumen: El Especialista en Soporte de Ventas es responsable de asistir al Representante de Ventas Quirúrgicas en la cobertura de casos en quirófano y activación de pacientes. Se espera que el Especialista en Soporte de Ventas dedique más de la mitad de su tiempo laboral a actividades relacionadas con las ventas quirúrgicas a los clientes de la empresa.

Responsabilidades: Las responsabilidades y deberes esenciales incluyen, pero no se limitan a, lo siguiente:

  • Reunirse y comunicarse en persona con médicos como clientes actuales o potenciales.
  • Viajar a los lugares de trabajo de los clientes y pasar tiempo significativo con médicos en sus ubicaciones.
  • Conducir hacia clientes actuales o potenciales.
  • Actuar como representante de apoyo al Representante de Ventas Quirúrgicas para cubrir casos quirúrgicos del Portafolio de Glaucoma en el quirófano, dentro de las pautas de cumplimiento de la empresa y la industria.
  • Analizar, utilizar y compilar listas de prospectos para fines de llamadas y/o reuniones con médicos como clientes actuales o potenciales.
  • Apoyar al Representante de Ventas Quirúrgicas en la activación de nuevos pacientes con cirujanos entrenados en el Portafolio de Glaucoma.
  • Colaborar en la gestión de inventarios y activaciones de nuevos pacientes.
  • Socializar de manera efectiva con clientes actuales o potenciales.
  • Negociar con médicos clientes sobre los términos de venta.
  • Abordar de manera calmada y efectiva las preocupaciones y quejas de los médicos, ya sean clientes actuales o potenciales.
  • Completar la documentación administrativa de manera oportuna y proporcionar informes al Gerente sobre la actividad de llamadas establecida y comentarios de los médicos.
  • Preparar de manera ordenada, precisa y oportuna la documentación necesaria para concretar transacciones con médicos.
  • Asistir a diversos talleres de capacitación en ventas, reuniones de ventas, conferencias nacionales/regionales y ferias comerciales relevantes.
  • Mantener contacto directo con los clientes antes y después de la venta para proporcionar activos de marketing aprobados y materiales de apoyo.
  • Apoyar los objetivos, políticas y procedimientos de la empresa que cumplen con las regulaciones del Sistema de Calidad de la FDA (QSR), ISO 13485 y otros requisitos aplicables.
  • Mantener una imagen profesional y creíble con médicos clave, distribuidores, consultores, proveedores y compañeros de trabajo.

Habilidades/Cualificaciones:

  • Título universitario o equivalente requerido.
  • Fuertes habilidades para construir relaciones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de presentación de ventas, incluyendo la capacidad de presentar información de manera efectiva y responder preguntas de gerentes, clientes y clientes potenciales.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y también dentro de un fuerte entorno de equipo.
  • Capacidad para leer, analizar e interpretar literatura de ventas, acuerdos, políticas, manuales y otros documentos relacionados con el negocio de la empresa.
  • Capacidad para redactar informes, preparar correspondencia comercial y completar formularios y acuerdos necesarios para comercializar y vender los productos de la empresa.
  • Capacidad para calcular cifras y montos, como descuentos, intereses, comisiones, proporciones, porcentajes, área, circunferencia y volumen.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita son necesarias.
  • Licencia de conducir válida y capacidad para viajar a las ubicaciones de los clientes.
  • Conocimiento de software de procesamiento de textos, software de hojas de cálculo y software de Internet.
  • El empleado debe levantar y/o mover frecuentemente hasta 25 libras.
