Operating in a decentralized manner, each of our locations, known as Profit Centers, is managed by a Profit Center Manager who treats it as their own business. Each center typically comprises a warehouse, sales office, and sometimes a showroom, allowing us to tailor our services to the specific needs of the local market.

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales/CSR professional to join our team.

The compensation for this role is competitive, reflecting the value of your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers primarily through phone interactions, delivering the service necessary to generate and finalize sales.
  • Achieve or surpass established sales and profit objectives, contributing to overall profit sharing.
  • Accurately process sales orders and bids from telephone transactions.
  • Assist customers who visit our Profit Center to collect their orders.
  • Identify innovative strategies to enhance sales with existing clients and establish trust as their advisor.
  • Generate leads that convert into new clientele.
  • Recognize opportunities for value-added services and effectively communicate our solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, addressing pricing discrepancies and material returns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support Counter and Outside Sales efforts, collaborating with the Profit Center team.
  • Inform the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager of any changes in a customer's business that may pose a credit risk.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales; experience in contractor sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with products offered in the Profit Center.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) for communication, maintaining sales plans, and analyzing customer data.
