The Sales Assistant role serves as a foundational position leading to our Sales Professional role, providing an excellent opportunity to acquire the skills necessary for success in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support showroom Sales Professionals and Sales Managers throughout the sales process.
- Assist with out-of-town deliveries, ensuring a seamless and satisfying orientation experience for customers (including cleaning, refueling, addressing product/technology inquiries, and completing paperwork).
- Collaborate with Sales Management to monitor customer traffic in both new and pre-owned showrooms, proactively engaging with clients in need of assistance.
- Develop expertise in in-vehicle technology to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Conduct follow-up communications via phone or email with recent customers and prospects as directed by Sales Management.
- Participate in weekly departmental meetings as necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Some college education or a degree is preferred.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Proficient in computer operations.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Professional appearance is essential.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is required.
