Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide complex and diverse administrative support to the director of philanthropic initiatives, senior director of development, and individual giving officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage competing calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Process detailed expense reports and distribute meeting briefs and agendas
  • Edit meeting reports and donor lists, and work on ad hoc projects and events
  • Provide exceptional administrative support and maintain confidentiality
  • Interact effectively with multiple constituencies and demonstrate sound judgment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; five years' administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and database software
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and initiate complex administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in development and familiarity with AdvanceWeb from Ellucian
  • Interest in higher education and diversity
Compensation and Benefits

Rate of pay: $31.00 - 34.00/hour, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity
