We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in Des Moines, IA.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the DTOC Government Leadership Team, including filing, sign-in and sign-out procedures for visitors, travel coordination, document control/review, and other administrative tasks.
- Deliver and collect packages from the Traffic Management Office (TMO) as directed by the Government.
- Create and implement a DTOC paper and electronic file management system.
- Provide VIP protocol support for DTOC visitors.
- Set up and oversee office suspense for tasks, action items, and events.
- Provide minutes for all DTOC Director meetings and other meetings as tasked by the DTOC Director.
- Support all contractor CDRL requirements with quality control.
- High School Degree and six (6) years of experience; a combination of education and experience can be used.
- SECRET clearance.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with technical support to include networks, IA, and RMF processes.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience conducting training in a Distributed Mission Environment.
- Maintain a Security+ certification.
- DISA/ACAS training certified.
