We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with lead generation and business research and development to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, including CRM, Oasis, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Support sales growth by performing various duties, including CRM reporting, answering customer inquiries, setting appointments, quotes, sales transactions, sales reports, and customer contact lists.
- Assist in the operations of the showroom, including ordering, receiving, and shipping samples for customers and maintaining samples and displays within the showroom.
- Assist with lead generation and business research and development to drive sales growth.
- Maintain showroom samples/sample room and product labels.
- Assist in planning and coordination of social media posts and significant showroom events.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as required.
- High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred but relevant work experience considered in lieu of degree.
- 2 years retail/design showroom/tile industry/customer service or project management experience required.
- Proficient at reading blueprints.
- 3 Saturdays per month required.
- Superior interpersonal and written/oral communications skills with the ability to relate well, and cooperate with others in a strong team environment to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with various social media platforms.
