Cottonwood Residential is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience/Leasing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leasing apartments, and creating a welcoming environment for our residents and prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lease apartments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both residents and the company.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our communities and attract new residents.
  • Collaborate with the community team to plan and execute events, community-related communication, and vendor relationships.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and occupancy goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the customer experience at our communities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, leasing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
