Position Overview:

As a key member of the Client Services team, reporting directly to the VP of Client Services (Enterprise), you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and enhancing long-term, strategic relationships with our Enterprise clientele. Your expertise in understanding their business challenges will establish you as a trusted consultant, allowing you to provide customized AI solutions that drive their growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and maintain impactful relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at our Enterprise clients, positioning yourself as an essential partner in their success.
  • Act as a Strategic Consultant: Develop a thorough understanding of each client's distinct business and technical requirements to offer tailored AI solutions that align with their strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Drive Growth and Innovation: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand services with existing clients, using your insights to recommend enhancements that foster revenue growth and increased service utilization.

Excellence in Solution Delivery

  • Oversee the Client Services Lifecycle: Manage the entire client journey, from crafting proposals and initiating projects to ensuring successful implementation and providing ongoing support.
  • Collaborate for Optimal Outcomes: Partner with our expert teams—data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists—to guarantee that solutions are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Enhance Project Efficiency: Work with Shared Services teams and clients to define project scope, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively, ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience.
  • Maintain Open Communication: Provide clients with clear, proactive updates on project progress, addressing any issues promptly to uphold trust and satisfaction.

Leadership and Strategic Influence

  • Encourage a Collaborative Environment: Work alongside Shared Services teams to foster a high-performance culture that promotes teamwork and innovation.
  • Influence Strategic Direction: Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives within the Client Services team and across the organization, impacting key business strategies and objectives.
  • Provide Market Insights: Share valuable insights on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to enhance business development and strengthen our market position.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in managing client relationships and delivering complex technology solutions within Enterprise IT or Data Science sectors.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision-makers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Capability to comprehend and communicate complex systems and business processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Industry Awareness: Understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by Enterprise businesses in the digital landscape.
  • Leadership Qualities: Experience in leading change with cross-functional teams in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Professional Attributes: Disciplined, organized, and operates with integrity and humility.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, complemented by high emotional intelligence.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adjust to changing demands.
  • Change-Driven: Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a high-performance, entrepreneurial setting. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
