Key Responsibilities

In the role of Enterprise Client Services Manager, you will operate under the guidance of the VP of Client Services (Enterprise) and play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining enduring partnerships with our clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with executives and decision-makers at our Enterprise-level clients.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant, gaining a deep understanding of each client's distinct business and technical requirements and challenges.
  • Collaboratively deliver tailored AI solutions that align with their strategic goals and yield measurable outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, propose, and negotiate growth opportunities for existing clients, encouraging revenue expansion and service engagement.

Excellence in Solution Delivery

  • Oversee the complete client services lifecycle, from proposal creation and project initiation to successful execution and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-caliber solutions.
  • Engage with Editech Staffing Shared Services teams and clients on project scope, timelines, and resources to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective and transparent communication with clients, keeping them updated on progress and proactively addressing any issues.

Leadership and Strategic Influence

  • Collaborate with Editech Staffing Shared Services teams to cultivate a cooperative and high-achieving culture.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives for the Client Services team and Editech Staffing.
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business development.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing client relationships and delivering complex technology solutions within the Enterprise IT or Data Science sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
  • Ability to comprehend intricate systems and business processes, articulating this information to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing Enterprise businesses in the digital era.
  • Experience leading change with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Disciplined, organized, and operates with integrity and humility.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attentive to client/team dynamics (high emotional intelligence).
