Position Overview: This role is focused on enhancing the reach of Pyramid Healthcare's services by fostering and nurturing referral relationships within the designated markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in marketing and customer service initiatives while promoting positive public relations. Sustain existing referral partnerships, broaden the referral network, and cultivate business relationships within the assigned area. Contribute to the overarching marketing strategy of the organization. Generate necessary reports as required. Assist in establishing financial objectives for the region. Collaborate with various programs to comprehend the needs of clients, programs, and referral sources. Complete all mandatory training and professional development requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in the Drug & Alcohol or Mental Health sector is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a direct client care role, such as Counselor or Community Relations, is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

Understanding of chemical dependency and psychiatric care. Familiarity with marketing strategies within a behavioral healthcare context. Strong customer service and empathetic communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Self-motivated with adaptability to changing circumstances. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. Participation in required meetings and training sessions. Knowledge of federal and state regulations as well as compliance standards.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent communication and interaction. Employees may need to sit, stand, and use their hands regularly, with moderate levels of walking and physical activity. Lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds may be necessary. Vision requirements include close and distance vision, color perception, and depth perception.

Work Environment:

The work setting is typically quiet and indoors, with local travel required. Employees must provide their own transportation and may encounter various health-related challenges in the course of their duties.
