Sales Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Channel Expansion efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives, driving revenue growth through new and existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within information security, cybersecurity, managed security services, or a related technology sector. Experience in Channel Management is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth through new and existing client relationships.
- Build and lead high-performing sales teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes personal growth and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize contact with our entire active account base.
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and channel development.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within information security, cybersecurity, managed security services, or a related technology sector.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales strategies that deliver results in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead teams; adept at recruiting top talent, mentoring, and fostering professional growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing and sales metrics to guide strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, influential style.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
