Sales Director for Third-Party Administration

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our Third-Party Administration (TPA) sales team. As the Director Sales TPA, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
This role requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, training, and guidance.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, performance, and trends.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sales strategies align with business objectives and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales management.
- 2+ years of TPA industry experience is preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $89,100 - $165,500 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan and an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance, in addition to a full range of benefits outlined below.
