Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial clients in assigned business segments and geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Present product solutions to client needs and provide responsive, quality service
  • Approve transactions within delegated authority and manage overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk
  • Identify and promote solutions to customer needs and maintain an active calling program
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
  • Monitor and analyze relationship results and account activities to determine client profitability
  • Prepare reports for management and maintain awareness of competitive products, practices, rates, and market conditions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of lending experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of credit experience required
  • Good understanding of all products and services applicable to target client segment
  • Good knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures, and bank operations policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities
  • Good credit analysis and accounting skills
  • Capable of working well independently and in teams
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Compensation

Starting base salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
