Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the middle market segment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, managing complex client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, COIs, and key stakeholders in the Bay Area
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Treasury Product Services Teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Provide strategic input into business decisions and make recommendations to senior leaders
- Act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field
- Demonstrated history of successful business development and relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
