Job Title: Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, credit, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong focus on relationship management and business development.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
