Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

Job Summary:The Senior Commercial Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert advice on commercial banking products and services, including cash management, deposits, and fee income.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a strong focus on relationship management.
- Deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including cash management, deposits, and fee income.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
