Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze client relationships, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Negotiate transactions, prices, and services to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental client service, defining responsibilities and delivering high-quality products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank policy and regulatory requirements, exercising sound credit and risk judgment.
  • Represent the Bank in outside civic and community affairs, business and industry-related organizations, and other professional activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in relationship management of Deposits-based clients/portfolio in a financial services company.
  • Minimum 4 years of product sales and new business development in a financial services company.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Consultative selling expertise for common Commercial Banking products and services.
  • History of delivering exemplary client service and successful multitasking in a high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously or in teams as situationally required.
  • Proficiency with technology platforms, including Salesforce, Business Suite, Seismic, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Private Equity and/or General Asset Management Industry.
Compensation:

Starting base salary: $101,231 - $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
