Objective: To deliver comprehensive case management services to at-risk refugee populations, with a particular emphasis on those facing medical challenges, housing instability, mental health concerns, or other obstacles to achieving independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the integration of new arrivals into the program by coordinating services across various departments.
  • Develop detailed case plans and collaborate with different teams to support clients in reaching self-sufficiency.
  • Maintain organized case files and connect clients with essential support services.
  • Schedule appointments and assist clients in navigating applications for various services.
  • Conduct outreach, provide training for community partners, and educate refugee community members.
  • Stay updated on refugee and immigrant issues to enhance service delivery to clients.
  • Qualifications:
    • Education: An associate degree or three years of relevant professional experience.
    • Experience: Prior experience in refugee resettlement case management or direct social services.
    • Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, strong English writing abilities, and fluency in Spanish.

Special Requirements: A valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, readiness to travel, and completion of a background check.
