Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist clients in transitioning from homelessness to stable housing, providing essential services and benefits, and conducting regular check-ins to ensure their well-being.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Facilitate transportation to appointments and housing checks using a company vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient support.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation of client progress, providing valuable insights for program improvement.

Requirements:

  • Driver's License and Clean Record: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (less than 3 points).
  • Criminal Background Check: Ability to pass a federal background check, fingerprint test, and drug screening.
  • Veteran Preference: Strong preference for candidates who are veterans, aligning with our organization's mission to support those who have served.
