Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess case viability and provide empathetic support to prospective clients.
- Manage client onboarding and data entry processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including spreadsheet management, document preparation, and transcription services, to ensure efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement client awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys to drive business growth.
- Coordinate attorney schedules, including client consultations, to optimize caseload management.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and colleagues.
- Strong data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills, with experience in CRM and case management software a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
