Key Responsibilities- Departmental Leadership: Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including staffing, onboarding, and use of information technologies.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to meet productivity and quality goals.
- Case Management Oversight: Oversee core functions and practices of case management, ensuring adherence to care coordination and discharge planning processes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Facility CFO and Division CM Leader to achieve goals and expectations, and establish working relationships with key stakeholders, including CMO, CNO, ancillary service leaders, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal.
- Performance Improvement: Assess and improve department performance through data analysis and sustainable performance improvement activities.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with policies and standard operating procedures, and adhere to the 'Code of Conduct' and 'Mission and Value Statement'.
