Objective: To deliver comprehensive case management services to at-risk refugee clients, with a particular emphasis on those facing medical challenges, housing difficulties, mental health concerns, or other obstacles to achieving self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate service coordination with multiple departments to enroll new arrivals into the program.
  • Develop detailed case plans and collaborate with various teams to support clients in reaching self-sufficiency.
  • Maintain accurate case files and connect clients with necessary support services.
  • Schedule appointments and assist clients in applying for various services.
  • Conduct outreach, provide training for community partners, and educate refugee community members.
  • Stay updated on refugee and immigrant issues to enhance service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: An associate degree or three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in refugee resettlement case management or direct social services.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, strong English writing abilities, and fluency in Spanish.

Special Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, willingness to travel, and completion of a background check.
