We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tenant Services Coordinator to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our tenants and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including composing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and managing work orders.
- Manage the work order system, facilitate building access for vendors, and serve as a backup to security for access card administration and distribution.
- Assist with tenant relations, including special events, lunches, and other activities.
- Maintain and update internal documents, including staff directories, tenant contact information, and emergency contact lists.
- Prepare and file lease abstracts, and produce tenant anniversary gifts.
- Assist with accounting tasks, including accounts payable, invoice coding, and purchase order management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
