About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tenant Services Coordinator to join our team at Lincoln Property Company. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, managing daily office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, including composing memos, coordinating meetings, and managing invoice records.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and performing receptionist duties.
  • Assist with the management of vendor accounts, including setting up new accounts and processing payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, including responding to emails and voicemails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Field all incoming phone calls and respond to tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the Assistant Property Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the property.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
