Qualifications for the Role
Education and Experience
For roles necessitating education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational credentials must be from an institution recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Requirements: Proven expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, including proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Additionally, candidates must meet one of the following:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one and a half (1 1⁄2) years of experience in a secretarial or clerical support capacity, focusing on program coordination and development.
- An Associate degree in secretarial science or a related discipline, accompanied by six months of experience in a secretarial or clerical support role, emphasizing program coordination and development.
Preferred Qualifications: An Associate degree in secretarial science or a related field. At least one and a half (1 1⁄2) years of experience as an Administrative Secretary in the relevant area. Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook calendars, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe software is preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
The following certifications, licenses, or registrations are necessary for this position. Licenses with restrictions will be evaluated to determine their relevance to the role.
