We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Construction Operations team as a Construction Development Assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced field and office personnel to gain hands-on experience in estate development and construction management.

Responsibilities will include supporting roles such as working with Field Supervisors, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators to ensure the successful execution of projects. You'll also have the opportunity to work with Project Managers and Estimators to process design information, manage project budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors.

As a Construction Development Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, including working with Field Supervisors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. You'll also assist with the processing of contracts, purchase orders, and billing requests.

We're looking for a candidate with a strong educational background in real estate development, construction management, or a related field. If you're passionate about estate development and construction management, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
