Key Responsibilities:- Answer a high volume of calls and schedule appointments for all patients
- Communicate clearly on the phone and accurately document and assign messages
- Confirm and update contact information for all patients at every contact
- Make follow-up calls for any messages left
- Document appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status appropriately
- Deliver all communications with excellent customer service
- Be courteous and professional for all patient interactions
- Route calls to appropriate staff for swift resolution
- Strong computer skills, including basic keyboarding skills
- Ability to navigate through patient records systems
- Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, develop solutions, and make recommendations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills over the telephone
- Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with patients
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical practice terminology
- Patient-focused with the ability to work independently
- Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to reliably commute to our Kirkland, Renton, and Everett offices
