Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Registration Renewal Specialist to join our team at Discount Marketing Products Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data entry and spreadsheet management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team of registration and billing professionals to manage the renewal of vehicle license plates in Georgia. A solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as candidates will be expected to perform intermediate-level functions, including formula application and pivot table creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the processing of vehicle registration renewals within designated timelines and customer service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Accurately scan and validate incoming registrations, plates, and associated documentation, ensuring timely returns to customers.
  • Perform precise data entry across various fields, including requirements, procedures, rejections, fees, forms, notes, shipping, VINs, and tags.
  • Provide courteous and professional responses to all customer inquiries within company timelines.
  • Effectively organize, plan, and prioritize the workflow of registration renewals.
  • Investigate and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Offer support and guidance to title runners in their daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Fast and accurate typing abilities.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Valid Georgia Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered notary in the state of Georgia.
  • Experience in processing vehicle registrations or titles in Georgia.
