Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

  • Possess a Valid California Multiple Subject Credential: We require applicants to hold a valid California Multiple Subject Credential, which demonstrates their expertise and qualifications to teach a range of subjects.
  • Possess a Valid California EL Authorization: We also require applicants to hold a valid California EL Authorization, which demonstrates their expertise and qualifications to teach English Language Learners.

  • Proof of Valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential: We require applicants to submit proof of their valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, which demonstrates their expertise and qualifications to teach a range of subjects.
  • Proof of Valid California EL Authorization: We also require applicants to submit proof of their valid California EL Authorization, which demonstrates their expertise and qualifications to teach English Language Learners.

Salary and Terms

The salary for this position is based on the certificated teacher's salary schedule, which ranges from $66,984 to $132,726 for 184 days of service. Up to 14 years of previous experience within the last 15 years are given for placement on the salary schedule.
