Position Overview

At OneMain Financial, our Consumer Loan Sales Specialists play a vital role in assisting clients by understanding their financial needs and providing them with accessible, quick, and reasonable financing options for various life expenses. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets while meeting customer satisfaction standards.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients throughout the loan process and its duration.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Introduce clients to optional insurance offerings.
  • Clarify loan terms and conditions to ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding.
  • Collaborate with local enterprises to identify and attract new clientele.
  • Acquire skills in credit evaluation techniques and sales methodologies.
  • Oversee the entire loan lifecycle, including collection processes, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

Work Environment:

This role requires on-site presence.

The work schedule typically follows a Monday to Friday routine during standard business hours, with potential for extended hours during the week, including Saturdays as necessary.
