Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Introduce clients to optional insurance products for enhanced security
  • Clarify loan terms and conditions to ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding
  • Collaborate with local businesses to identify and attract new clients
  • Acquire skills in credit underwriting and utilize sales tools effectively
  • Oversee the entire loan lifecycle, including compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service

Work Environment:

This position requires on-site presence during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with potential extended hours during the week and occasional Saturday shifts.
