Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets while meeting customer satisfaction standards.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients throughout the loan application and servicing process.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions that align with the customers' objectives.
  • Introduce optional insurance products to customers.
  • Ensure customers comprehend the terms and conditions of their loans for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to identify and cultivate new customer opportunities.
  • Acquire skills in credit underwriting and utilize sales tools effectively.
  • Oversee the loan lifecycle, including collection processes, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in sales, collections, or customer service is advantageous.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily on-site, with a schedule from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, including occasional extended hours during the week and possible Saturday shifts.
