About the Role

We are seeking a highly consultative sales professional to join our team at Axiom Global. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities, building durable relationships with clients, and proposing innovative solutions to their complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originating new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Defining the client experience by building trust and proposing innovative solutions
  • Consulting with C-level executives to plan for their future
  • Collaborating with the broader commercial team to close and support strategic opportunities
  • Offering thought leadership to clients and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
  • Background in B2B client service with extensive experience in consultative sales
  • Proven track record in heavy business development initiatives and generating new logos
  • Comfortable working in a senior role as an individual contributor
  • Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail and pattern recognition
  • Expert judgment and decision-making skills
  • High-impact communicator with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM system
  • Relentless service orientation and ability to form trusted-advisor relationships

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-$92,500. You will also be eligible to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Plan, which on target would be 65% of your base salary. You can also participate in our benefits programs, including healthcare, life and disability coverage, 401K with company match, paid sick and personal time off, and paid parental leave.
