Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Naples, FL.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall objectives.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to develop and promote high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure the company's website is optimized for UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine visibility.
  • Use web analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors to supplement internal resources and capabilities.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams, sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University/college degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a coordinator or specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and emerging digital trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
