Job Description

At PNC Financial Services Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Linga organization in Naples, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with overall objectives.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to develop and promote high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure the company's website is optimized for UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine visibility.
  • Use web analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors to supplement internal resources and capabilities.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams, sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for digital marketing initiatives.
