Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
- Familiarity with business office terminology and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Preferred experience with medical office terminology
