Job Summary

As a Program Manager - Clinical Operations at Christus Health, you will play a critical role in directing the operation of clinical programs and promoting quality services for the community and patients. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensure that our clinical programs are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct the operation of clinical programs, including patient care services, quality improvement initiatives, and staff management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that clinical programs meet or exceed regulatory and accreditation standards.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce medical errors and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical programs and services.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required.
    • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
    • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
