BMW Motorrad Sales Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BMW Motorrad Sales Consultant to join our team at Omega Dynamics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain a strong customer base through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Conduct needs analysis, configuration, negotiation, and sale of our motorcycles to meet customer needs.
- Plan and conduct premium test drives and deliveries to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as an active interface between customers and the aftersales team to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in the automotive or vehicle industry is desirable, but not a requirement.
- Passion and affinity for motorcycles.
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and building strong relationships.
- Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities.
- High level of self-organization and management.
- Class B1 driver's license.
