Job Overview

The Residential Remodeling Sales Consultant, also referred to as Project Leader-Business Development, plays a crucial role in driving market expansion and revenue growth for BOWA's remodeling services within a designated geographic area. This position serves as the primary point of contact and advocate for all clients.

The Project Leader-Business Development will be allocated a specific sales territory as determined by the Sales Manager. This role is responsible for cultivating the assigned territory through proactive lead generation efforts. Each quarter, the Project Leader will engage in various marketing initiatives tailored to the territory, with progress tracked and discussed with the Sales Manager on a biweekly basis.

Beyond the primary objective of market development, the Project Leader-Business Development is tasked with overseeing all facets of the sales and design process for projects. This includes initial client interactions, conducting preconstruction meetings, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to production. Maintaining a strong relationship with clients throughout the project is essential to guarantee a remarkable experience. The Project Leader is also responsible for coordinating the team to complete necessary tasks prior to the commencement of construction, including all design work, building plans, permits, and budget management. Additionally, the Project Leader oversees all selections throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging both internal and external resources.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Residential Remodeling
  • Experienced in Luxury Sales and adept at engaging with discerning clients
  • Skilled in business development and expanding professional networks
  • Likely to be a member of the local community
  • Understanding of the remodeling process, with relevant experience in the remodeling or related industries (e.g., real estate, construction)
  • Responsible for generating a minimum of 60% of leads through business development activities
  • Facilitates the design process in collaboration with the design team
  • Manages construction estimates in partnership with the production team
  • Collaborates with production staff as needed during the construction phase, including attending site meetings
  • Completes lead generation activities as directed by the Sales Manager

Supervisory Role: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
