  • Guest Services

  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on departmental performance, including metrics on guest satisfaction, room cleanliness, and staff productivity.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing housekeeping departments, including labor management, inventory control, and guest services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies to address complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
