Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Captive Solutions & Options. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing large key accounts, identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities, and working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in health benefits, preferably in an insurance brokerage setting. They must also possess strong broker-client expertise, including a deep understanding of relationships between brokers and clients.

This is a critical role in maintaining and growing our customer base, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. If you are passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for brokers and employers, handling inquiries and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Lead program administration and the onboarding process for new clients, making transitions smooth and efficient.
  • Address client concerns quickly and accurately, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative tasks, freeing up time for relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in health benefits, preferably in an insurance brokerage setting.
  • 3 years of broker-client expertise, including a strong history of managing these connections effectively.
