Senior Commercial Relationship Manager Position

Job Summary: The Senior Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for driving deposit and loan growth objectives within the commercial banking department. This includes executing sales production efforts to identify and acquire new business opportunities within the assigned market area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify business development opportunities and make sales calls to existing clients and prospects to customize solutions and meet loan, deposit, and service needs.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the commercial relationship team, ensuring that they are equipped to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a large deposit portfolio with a focus on acquiring low-cost deposits and a loan portfolio of $90MM or more, meeting margin and revenue objectives.
- Credit Risk Management: Assess credit viability and perform ongoing credit grade determinations within policy guidelines, identifying and structuring large, complex loan and deposit opportunities that optimize credit quality and profitability.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of commercial banking experience or a related field, with experience in a leadership role preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
