Responsibilities: As a Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for strategic planning, client retention, and business growth. Your key duties will include:
  • Account Management: Ensure compliance with all signed documentation and regulatory filings, manage aged receivables, review account reports, and maintain direct communication with managers and producers.
  • New & Renewal Accounts: Initiate pre-renewal discussions, handle client renewal presentations, prepare and present broker service proposals, conduct WC Experience Mod Forecasting and Analysis, create stewardship reports, and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Mentorship & Development: Mentor new and current team members, teach classes on insurance coverage and procedures, participate in continuing education, and stay current on market trends.
