About the Role

They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including medical plans, prescription drugs, dental, vision, and more.

Job Description
  • Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values

  • Client Management: Leads both long- and short-term strategic consultation and planning efforts for client benefit program.
  • Carrier and Vendor Relationships: Develop strong carrier and vendor relationships to support and lead negotiation and advocacy during client coverage placement and renewal process.
  • Production Partnership: Co-facilitate finalist and/or prospect meetings as requested, comprehensively develop and deliver prospect requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Internal Resource: Actively serve as a resource for other agency benefits staff throughout the entire benefits division.
  • People Management: Coordinate and manage the overall work and projects of assigned associates, providing clear communication of expectations, established timeframes, regular progress updates, and annual performance evaluations.
