Job Title: Senior Development Coordinator, Corporate & Foundation Partnerships

Project HOPE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Development Coordinator to join our Corporate & Foundation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our grant application and report process, working closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and compile detailed, organized, and compelling grant proposals and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile high-quality grant proposals and reports based on funder requirements
  • Work closely with the Global Health team to gather programmatic information, finance to compile financials and compliance to ensure appropriate grant submissions
  • Manage the proposal submission process to ensure timely submission of all required materials
  • Manage grant calendar and communicate out reporting deadlines
  • Manage donor recognition and benefits
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of organization's history and program priorities
  • Research corporate and foundation prospects
  • Manage thank you process
  • Create supporting marketing and communication materials including case statements, brochures, and special documents for funders
  • Maintain records in organization's CRM system
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Six plus years' experience in an administrative/fundraising capacity with an international non-profit
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of fundraising information sources
  • Strong people skills and a passion to serve others
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
