Front Desk Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of service and hospitality, promptly addressing guest concerns and issues.
  • Communication: Be a great communicator, responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand, various programs, and safety and emergency procedures.
