Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Hotel Spero is seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Assign rooms and ensure that all guests feel welcomed to the property
  • Process registration and check-out, and respond to guest inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle cash, credit card, currency conversions, and other financial transactions
  • Post charges to ledger, compute or adjust bill, collect payment, and make change for guests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and retain tact and composure when resolving guest complaints
