Role Summary: The Treasury Sales Officer plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive treasury solutions to Private Bank clients. This position requires close collaboration with client-facing teams to identify sales opportunities and provide the necessary product expertise to ensure optimal client solutions. The Treasury Sales Officer works with complex Private Bank clients, including Family Offices, Real Estate entities, Private Equity firms, and Business Owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive revenue growth and enhance profitability through effective client engagement, strategic planning, and tailored treasury presentations.
  2. Collaborate with bankers and product specialists to create customized treasury solutions, focusing on client needs and profitability.
  3. Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with clients to maximize relationship profitability and year-over-year growth.
  4. Encourage digital adoption by promoting mobile and real-time payment solutions while addressing key client-centric issues through data analytics and best practices.
  5. Mentor and develop Treasury Sales Analysts and junior Treasury Sales Officers in supporting client deliverables.
  6. Maintain a strong focus on client needs, industry expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of banking structures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Treasury or Cash Management Sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Engaged and passionate team player with a commitment to client service and community involvement.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on feedback and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in sales and client relationship management.
  • In-depth knowledge of treasury management products and services.
  • Proven experience working with Private Bank clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships and rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in managing competing priorities while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to navigate the enterprise effectively.
  • Proactive in engaging internal partners for sales opportunities.
  • Skilled in managing risk while balancing client and organizational needs.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
