About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Bank of America team as a Treasury Product Sales Manager II. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our treasury management products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance to clients on our treasury management products and services.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the payables marketplace, with a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and regional marketplace variations.
  • Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced global environment.
  • Experience working within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Global Commercial Card & Comprehensive Payables subject matter expertise, in sales, account management or product role.
  • Sales experience within a large, global financial institution.
  • Knowledge of treasury management and card and comprehensive payables services.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable.
